SHPGX Guide: On April 15, Wang YuSuo, Chairman of the Board of ENN Group, attended the 3rd China Liquefied Natural Gas Development Forum and delivered speech. He stated that the “Peak carbon emissions & carbon neutrality”puts forward new requirements for fundamentally improving energy development and utilization efficiency, consolidating green and low-carbon foundation. How to work together to research and develop new technologies, promote the digital transformation of the industry, and achieve high-quality integrated development of energy is the top priority for the energy industry. At present, ENN is actively exploring the establishment of an intelligent platform for the natural gas industry, hoping to contribute to the development of the industry in the future.

Wang, YuSuo introduced that in 2020, ENN Group complete a major asset reorganization, put forward a new vision of building an intelligent ecosystem for the natural gas industry, and embark on a new journey of development.

Wang, YuSuo believes that, in the face of a new situation of major changes unseen in a century, on the one hand, the market-oriented reform of natural gas continues to advance, pushing the industry into a new stage of development. In particular, the establishment of the National Pipeline Network Company provides industry participants with fair market opportunities and efficient resource allocation, promotes market prosperity and competition, and greatly mobilizes the enthusiasm of upstream, midstream and downstream enterprises in the industry to promote efficient matching of demand and supply. In order to effectively solve the problem of imbalance between regions and seasons of natural gas, and inject strong impetus to lead the healthy and high-quality development of the industry. At the same time, massive, complex, and fragmented demand-supply matching will inevitably require the support of the digital intelligence industry. At present, ENN is actively exploring the establishment of an intelligent platform for the natural gas industry, hoping to contribute to the development of the industry in the future.

On the other hand, the proposal of “Peak carbon emissions & carbon neutrality” target also puts forward new requirements for fundamentally improving the efficiency of energy development, utilization and consolidating a green and low-carbon foundation. How to work together to research and develop new technologies, promote the digital transformation of the industry, and achieve high-quality integrated development of energy is a major issue for the energy industry.

Wang, YuSuo said that with new trends and new opportunities, this forum focused on, "high-quality energy integration and far-sighted technological development", bringing industry partners together  from all sectors of the industry, hoping to open a new chapter of collaborative innovation and lead the natural gas industry to a new path of transformation and escalation!

The third China LNG Development Forum and Bohai Rim LNG Summit Forum with the theme of "High Quality Energy Integration, Farsighted Technology Development" was held in Langfang, Hebei Province from April 14 to 16.This forum is co-sponsored by the Liquefied Natural Gas Branch of China Industrial Gas Association, Gas Branch of China Civil Engineering Society and China City Gas Association. Guo, JiaoFeng, researcher of the Institute of Resources and Environmental Policy, Development Research Center of the State Council, Li, YaLan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Beijing Gas Group Co., Ltd., Zhu, JianYing, Senior Vice President of Hong Kong and China Group, Ye, GuoBiao, Chairman of Shanghai Petroleum and Natural Gas Exchange, Wu, Yue, BP China Natural Gas President, Denis Bonhomme, Total China LNG Vice President, and other domestic and foreign experts and business representatives attended the meeting to share their insights.
